MONITORING AND EVALUATION DIVISION
This division started in 2019 through the development project by the National Commission for Educational Accreditation. The M&E has a team of highly professional and experienced project officers and evaluation project officers.
Duties of each monitoring officer:
- Approved budgetary provision and timelines.
- Motoring the project activities every quarter until its completion.
- The facilitation of agencies is very much important. Guide the executing agencies in planning of any activity, execution of the project, along with the compliance of coral formalities, rules regulations devised by the government bodies for Effective project implementation.
- Issue resolution for project revision, re-appropriation and time extensions for approval from the competent form.
The M&E Division was established since the inception of the National Commission for Educational Accreditation(NCEA) as Planning & Monitoring Cell in the year 2009 through a development project.
The M&E Division comprises a team of highly professional and experienced project monitoring & evaluation officers.
The key duties of each Monitoring Officer are as under:
- Certify execution of projects as per capacity within approved budgetary requirements and timelines.
- Monitoring of the project activities every quarter until its completion.
- Facilitate and guide the executing agencies in activity planning, project execution, resource allocation along the compliance of
codal formalities, rules, regulations devised by the government bodies/authorities for effective project implementation. - Field visits during execution to monitoring the implementation and suggesting corrective/preventive measures to mitigate the
risks. - Aid in issue resolution and course of action the cases for project revision, re-appropriation and time extension for consent from
the knowledgeable forum. - Facilitation in preparation of RFP’s, tender documents, contract agreements for procurement to the executing agencies.
