The NCEA has a very dynamic national existence, but its real vitality lies in the Chapters across the nation and, increasingly,
around the world.
BENEFITS OF CHAPTER
STATE/REGIONAL ACTIVITIES
Chapters have versatile flexibility within the NCEA structure. Generally, activities will reflect a balance between advance sociability and inculcating professional interests.
NATIONAL CONCOURSE
Practitioners who hold a chapter membership are also members of the NCEA. Thus, local members gain a national forum .They have the opportunity to keep current and, on occasion and let their voices be heard and listened to.
MEMBERS OF CHAPTER
Since 2014, the NCEA has continued to establish Chapters in various states. These chapters are designed to fulfil the needs of the
NCEA membership as well as the distance learning community as a whole through local Chapter meetings, conferences, and other
activities.

Below three model by laws are the three forms of chapters of NCEA. It contains an overview and a specific pattern for setting up the chapter.
