INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW:

National Commission for Educational Accreditation(NCEA) for the educational sector is a voluntary, non-governmental process that gives recognition to open, online, institutions/Colleges, Schools, pre-school & training centers that meet established quality standards under NCEA act.

The rationale behind accreditation is to give assurance the public, students, parents and other
stakeholders as to the excellence and quality of an institution and its obligation and dedication to high standards through a
system of incessant improvement and development.
National Commission for Educational Accreditation(NCEA) assures the general public of the quality of educational training
provided by NCEA accredited institutions and their programs; and assist institutions in continuously improving themselves and
the training they provide.

Probably, your education is already accredited within your own country, however, NCEA confirms your commitment to
internationalization and, in particular, your commitment to supplying exemplary services to national & international students.

The vision of this organization is related to the online high educational institutes, colleges, preschools, and schools. The standards provide by NCEA to make a great vision to achieve success. The vision is depending upon inter quality excellence and outer quality excellence. There are some elements are present affect the internal and external excellence of the organization to make and invent the quality defining elements of education worldwide through a combination of self and external quality evolution.

MISSION

  • The first and main mission of NCEA organization is to spread the educational environment for the promotion of quality of
    learning, how to research, and how to teach in the institution.
  • The main motive to achieve the mission is to encourage self- evaluation which is very much important for knowing the self-potential.
  • In the education sector accountability and anatomy is like innovation.
  • The quality-related research studies consultancy and training programs are particularly important mission steps.

VALUE

Accreditation conveys that the civic can have assurance in the value and merit of an institution or program. For students, accreditation gives worth related to not only judging quality but also secure employment, receiving student aid and transferring credits. Accreditation has helped to endow with the conditions required for standardized education and learning.

OBJECTIVE

  • The prime agenda of the National Commission for Educational Accreditation(NCEA) is to assess and accredit institutions of
    standardizing learning to help them to work continuously to improve the quality of education.
  • Contribution to the area of knowledge in its discipline and regulation.
  • To kindle the academic environment and eminence of teaching and research in these institutions.
  • To inspire colleges and/or institutions for research, adopt and approve teaching practices that prepare their students for the
    innovation and development of leadership and headship qualities.
  • Encourage innovations, self-evaluation, and accountability in education; Promote necessary changes, innovations, and reforms
    in all aspects of the working.
  • And assist educational bodies comprehend their educational objectives.

POLICY

The Accreditation Governance Board assists each Board of Commissioners in establishing, documenting and periodically reviewing broad accreditation policies and procedures essential to accomplishing the objectives and appropriate functioning of the two Commissions and the administration of the accreditation staff.
The governance of the accreditation process for University, Institute/College, Training Center, School, Pre-school, Tutorials & Coaching and Faculties/Teachers is the primary responsibility of the selected Board of Committee. The Boards of Committee are responsible for determining eligible institutions to be accredited and for allaccreditation decisions.
Accreditation standards (including changes) are initiated by the Board of Committee andmust be approved by the institutional members of NCEA (also known as the Committee). Interpretation of the standards is the sole responsibility of the Board of Committee.
